Full day mediations normally begin at 9:30 a.m. and continue until a settlement is reached, an impasse is declared by the mediator, or 5:30 p.m., whichever comes first.

Continuation of Session Beyond Scheduled Length

If a resolution seems imminent and all participants agree to continue beyond the scheduled 8-hour session, additional session hours will be billed at $275 per hour, calculated to the nearest quarter hour, divided evenly among the parties.

Half-day mediations are normally scheduled for either 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The mediation will continue until a settlement is reached, an impasse is declared by the mediator, or all of the reserved time is utilized, whichever comes first.
